Injection molding takes place through a pouring of molten plastic material inside a closed thermoplastic mold which is opened once the material inside has managed to solidify.
The design of the mold is fundamental to allow the definition of the details of the product and to ensure that the detachment with the plastic takes place in an optimal way once the internal component has concluded the solidification process.
Thermoplastic molds allow the production of pieces with particular geometries and different sizes. In addition to the plastic prints, it is also possible to integrate metal inserts.
