Andrea kept on growing professionally and after acquiring the necessary skills he eventually decided to start his own company. Meccanica di Precisione started its success in the field of mold design with only Andrea working day and night to grow his company. Andrea's father was the first one helping him working on the company and they then hired 3 employees. The company also started to operate in mold prototyping and production and got hired from many big companies. Today, Meccanica di Precisione's team consists of Andrea, his father and 10 experts. Clients: Cooper Standard, Elettrocanali, Bibo, Tirrena Plast, other than Ferrari, Maserati, Jeep, Alfa and Fiat.

Mold design
Meccanica di Precisione designs molds for plastic materials by analyzing customer requests and structuring the plastic processing to be used in the construction process of the high-strength metal mold, useful for printing any type of object.
Prototyping mold
Starting from vector drawings, we create three-dimensional objects using these sophisticated computerized techniques that help us analyze every detail and modify any burrs before shaping the prototype.
Mold production
Mold creation is made of many steps. Plastic is fed into an injection molding machine in the form of pellets or granules. After that there's the polymers fusion by injecting the liquid plastic into the designed mold. Once the mold is cooled, the plastic solidifies and the finished piece is ejected from the extractors.
Object production
Meccanica di precisione can produce objects and/or molds for the creation of any kind of objects and product category. Our molds allow the creation of various types of objects such as pens, pen holders, highlighters, markers, telephony supplies and electronic and electrical sectors such as plaques, buttons or ducts.
